  • 1 block (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 28 oz Artichoke Hearts, chopped (2 – 14 oz cans)
  • 3 Green Onions, diced
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Baguette

  • 1 to 2 loaves French Baguette Sliced into ½-inch thick pieces

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients. Gather all ingredients and ensure the cream cheese is softened.
  • Step 2: Mix the Crostini Spread. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Step 3: Add Artichokes and Seasoning. Mix in chopped artichokes and green onions, then add salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • Step 4: Fold in the Parmesan Cheese. Gently fold in shredded parmesan until fully incorporated.
  • Step 5: Prepare the Baguette. Slice baguette and bake at 375°F for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 6: Assemble the Crostini. Spoon artichoke spread onto each toasted baguette slice.
