  • 2 sheets Puff Pastry Thawed
  • 6 oz Brie Cheese Casing removed
  • 0.5 cup Apricot Preserves
  • 1 each Egg For egg wash, optional
  • as needed amount Flour For dusting

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Brie by removing the casing. Freeze for 15 minutes for easier removal.
  • Step 2: Roll out each sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3x3 inch squares.
  • Step 3: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place apricot preserves and Brie on each pastry square.
  • Step 4: Fold corners of pastry over the filling to seal. Brush with egg wash if desired.
  • Step 5: Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 6: Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
