Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Whole Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 slices Brioche at least 1 inch thick

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the 2 large eggs, 1 tablespoon of whole milk, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon until well combined.
  • Take your 4 slices of brioche and cut them into strips, about 1 inch wide.
  • Dip each brioche strip into the egg mixture, ensuring that both sides are coated. Allow any excess mixture to drip off.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the dipped brioche strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  • Air fry the French toast sticks for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
  • Remove the French toast sticks from the air fryer and serve warm with toppings.

Notes
