  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 tsp almond extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp nonpareils sprinkles divided

  • Step 4: Incorporate the Flour - Gradually sift in the all-purpose flour, mixing gently until just combined.
  • Step 5: Fold in the Sprinkles - Fold in 3 tablespoons of nonpareils sprinkles.
  • Step 6: Shape the Dough - Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and press it into a rectangle about 1/2-inch thick. Cut into squares or desired shapes.
  • Step 7: Top with Extra Sprinkles - Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of nonpareils on top.
