Ingredients

For the Stuffed Peppers:

  • 12 small sweet peppers halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1/2 package cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Peppers. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). While the oven heats, take your small sweet peppers, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
  • Step 2: Make the Filling. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, crumbled feta, and chopped spinach. Season the mixture with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until creamy.
  • Step 3: Stuff the Peppers. With a spoon, generously fill each halved sweet pepper with the cheesy spinach mixture. Pack the filling in!
  • Step 4: Bake to Perfection. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until tender and golden.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy. Let the peppers cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm or at room temperature!
