Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz Dark Chocolate at least 70% cocoa, chopped
  • 1 can Coconut Milk (13.5 oz, full-fat recommended)
  • 12 Pitted Medjool Dates
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter creamy or crunchy

Instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, or use a double boiler until smooth.
  • Combine the melted chocolate, coconut milk, pitted Medjool dates, and peanut butter in a blender or food processor. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Garnish with fresh berries, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream before serving. Enjoy!
