Ingredients

  • 12 ounces salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, and olive oil until the brown sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish, skin-side down. Pour the marinade over the salmon and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
